准驾车型是大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车的驾驶证要降级。

2.颈椎骨折伤员的抢救
当伤者对颈部疼痛有反应，或发现伤者颈部自然曲度发生变化，仰卧时颈部塌陷在地上，或伤者颈部皮肤有皮下淤血，则表明伤者可能有颈椎骨折。此时严禁直接搬动伤员或按压检查颈部等。伤员应该尽量保持静止，等待医护人员的到来。人体颈椎骨折时，治疗不当会导致颈椎以下所有部位瘫痪。
3.脊髓损伤的抢救
对于脊柱受伤的伤员，处理不当会造成二次伤害，所以如果救护人员无法判断伤员的伤情，一般不会搬运伤员。在紧急情况下，如周围发生火灾或爆炸，当伤员必须运送时，脊柱骨折的伤员应使用三角形毛巾固定。搬动脊柱骨折的伤员时，不要支持伤员四处走动。三个人要把手放在伤者下面，一起把伤者抬上硬担架。
