10. 冰袋：置于淤伤、肌肉拉伤或关节扭伤的部位，令微血管收缩，可帮助减少肿胀。流鼻血时，置于伤者额部，能帮助止血。

12. 胶布：纸胶布可以固定纱布，由于不刺激皮肤，适合一般人使用；氧化锌胶布则可以固定绷带。
